That's when the fun begins!
August 1st marks Big Brother's first day of Kindergarten- homeschool style.
The boy loves workbooks so I bought this one: http://www.carsondellosa.com/cd2/Products/CarsonDellosa/PID-704104.aspx
I'm hoping to keep it to a maximum of three worksheets a day. He could burn through six pages or more of the preschool ones so hopefully this is a little more challenging for him.
I'm also taking a unit study approach. The first unit study is superheroes. Counting superheroes, drawing superheroes, writing about superheroes just all things superheroes! I'm really looking forward to it.
As for Little Brother, he's being taken along for the ride also. I'm going to focus him on counting, shapes, and colors since he's not even two yet. He seems to think he can count but all he does is say "two!" over and over.
I can't wait to watch their progress over the year!
